Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect a social account or request deletion of information associated with your use of the service.

Option 1: Disconnect an account

Sign in to Ahmed Zia Postiz.
Open the Channels or Integrations section.
Select the connected social account you want to remove.
Choose Disconnect or Delete and confirm the action.
For immediate revocation, also remove the app from the connected platform's authorized apps or security settings.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email hafizahmedzia@gmail.comwith the subject “Postiz Data Deletion Request”. Include the connected platform and account display name so the correct record can be located. Do not send your password, access token, or other secret credentials.

What will be removed

After identity and account ownership are reasonably verified, we will remove the associated connection tokens, queued posts, stored media, and account data under our control. Information already published to a social platform must be removed through that platform. Limited backup, security, or legal records may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary.

Confirmation

We will acknowledge the request and confirm when the deletion process is complete or if additional information is required.
