Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Ahmed Zia Postiz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The service lets authorized users connect supported social media accounts and create, schedule, upload, or publish content. Features may change as platform APIs, policies, or technical requirements evolve.

3. Your accounts and authorization

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping authorization current, and promptly disconnecting access that is no longer permitted.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the service a limited permission to store, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to provide requested features. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have all required rights, permissions, and disclosures.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Impersonate others or access an account without authorization.
• Send spam, evade platform safeguards, or violate a connected platform's terms or policies.
• Interfere with the service, probe its security, or introduce harmful code.

6. Third-party services

Social platforms are independent services. Their availability, permissions, review decisions, limits, and content rules are outside our control. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the service secure and reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Scheduled or published content may be delayed or rejected because of network failures, platform outages, API changes, account limits, or policy enforcement. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or address a serious violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or actions taken by a third-party platform.
